The role oversees daily administration of compensation policies and manages Health & Wellness plan design and enrollment, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance and 3-5 years of experience, with strong Excel and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, accounting/finance or similar.
• 3-5 years of compensation and benefits administration experience.
• Experience leading teams and projects; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements compensation plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partners on executive compensation programs and reporting including total rewards packages.
• Manages health and wellness benefits program design, enrollment, and administration; ensures compliance.
