Job summary

CNH Industrial seeks a Head of Executive Compensation to lead Board and Compensation Committee materials, annual proxy filings, and design short- and long-term incentive programs. This role will develop executive compensation proposals and oversee governance processes across global programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Location at Oak Brook, IL; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits role, including executive compensation.
• Proficiency in US SEC proxy filing requirements for Section 16 officers and executive compensation.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committees and Board compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop material for the Compensation Discussion & Analysis in annual proxy reports.
• Support Compensation Committee presentation materials.
• Lead compensation proposals for executives including salary, bonus, LTIs, and other components.
• Design and maintain long-term incentive plans, stock grants, and vesting schedules for executives.
• Collaborate with global Total Rewards and HR teams to implement compensation policies.
• Shape programs in alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional goals.
• Oversee global mobility and governance related to executive compensation governance.
