Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and/or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, salary planning, and bonus administration.
• Experience with benefits administration including 401(k) and compliance programs.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation processes.
