Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas LLC is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to assist the Program Manager in coordinating all activities from sales handover through engineering, certification, supply chain and production to program closure. You will help manage cost, schedule, scope and quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to RECARO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering is required/desired.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager from sales handover to program closure with cost, timeline, scope and quality responsibility.
• Maintain overall program timeline and due dates in collaboration with the program team.
• Develop full-scale project plan in MS Project.
• Interface with OEMs; provide regular program progress reports.
• Coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders; manage program documentation and action items.
