Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager across all phases of passenger seat programs for commercial aircraft. You will help ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets while upholding RECARO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with aerospace programs and customer stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in managing program from sales handover to closure with cost, timeline, scope and quality responsibility.
• Maintain program timeline to meet agreed due dates.
• Develop full-scale project plans in MS Project.
• Coordinate with OEMs and manage MS Tracking database updates.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with the team and stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders regularly on progress.
• Assist with program documentation and action items.
• Organize and participate in program review meetings and milestones.
