Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX seeks a procurement professional to manage purchase orders for serial production parts in line with MRP requirements and the master production schedule.

You will coordinate supplier delivery dates, adjust for schedule changes, and maintain minimal inventory while ensuring part availability and timely procurement. Strong communication with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in procurement or related field.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Place POs for all parts per MRP to support the master production schedule.
• Verify terms and conditions of POs with suppliers; confirm quantities and delivery dates.
• Manage supplier delivery dates and expedite or mitigate delays as needed.
• Monitor inventory to ensure part availability while maintaining minimal levels.
• Coordinate inbound transportation and communicate with Logistics and Quality for deliveries.
