Job summary

TARC is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to oversee the administration, coordination, and analysis of our employee compensation and benefits programs. You will manage enrollment, billing, and compliance while partnering with HR leadership and stakeholders to optimize our offerings.

The role requires 3–5 years in benefits/compensation, a relevant degree, and familiarity with COBRA, HIPAA, and HR systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of compensation/benefits administration experience; transit preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee compensation and benefits programs for active employees and retirees.
• Coordinates enrollment, open enrollment, billing, and eligibility auditing.
• Reviews vendor contracts, billing, and compliance with COBRA and HIPAA requirements.
• Advises employees on benefits, leave, Medicare, and retirement programs; compiles reports.
