PEPL, on behalf of a client HQ in Atlanta, seeks a Compensation Manager to design and implement a competitive compensation framework onsite with the corporate team. The role focuses on governance, job architecture, and executive reporting to support strategic hiring and rewards decisions.

You will administer policies, manage merit/bonus cycles, and partner with HR leadership to align pay with market data while ensuring compliance with FLSA and state laws. This is Atlanta-based and onsite.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 2 years leading programs.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency.
• Experience in job evaluation, salary structures, and market pricing.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, pay transparency laws, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Administer compensation policies and programs compliant with regulations.
• Lead annual merit and bonus cycles with HR leadership.
• Maintain job architecture and salary structures for equity and competitiveness.
• Develop guidelines, tools, and training for offers, promotions, and moves.
• Analyze market data and benchmark studies to update pay grades and ranges.
• Ensure data integrity in compensation systems and dashboards.
• Prepare analytics and reports for executives and dept heads.
• Provide guidance on compensation decisions and offers.
