Job summary

SCP Health is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst at our Atlanta Office. You will manage day-to-day compensation programs, analyze job roles, and benchmark against the market to support base pay structures and incentives. Join a teamwork-driven culture focused on fairness and inclusion.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR to implement compensation practices and ensure compliance, building training materials and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• 3+ years administration of Merit and Bonus Plan experience.
• Market adjustment cost analysis experience.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the organization's jobs, analyzing documented responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
• Conducts market analysis of jobs to determine competitive pay programs and makes recommendations for base pay structures and incentive programs.
• Leads day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including salary structure creation and budget development.
