Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to guide compensation programs across the enterprise. You will analyze data, maintain salary structures, and support Leaders and HR Partners with complex recommendations aligned to our philosophy.

The role emphasizes annual market analysis, geographical differentials, and incentive plans, with opportunities to impact multiple business units and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related work experience can substitute for some educational requirements.
• 4+ years of compensation experience including compensation incentive analysis, administration, and design.
• Advanced Excel expertise required including pivot tables, graphs, indexing, vlookups and other advanced functionality.
• Excellent experience in PowerPoint and Word.
• Prefer HRIS merit and bonus processing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to create graphic presentations of data and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Leaders on compensation and incentive design and programs.
• Complete job evaluations for leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to retain and recruit key talent.
• Assist and recommend job descriptions for new, modified, and consolidated roles across the Company.
• Create and maintain current salary structures including geographical differentials across the organization.
• Lead merit, minimum wage, sales incentives, annual bonus, and other compensation processes.
• Audit base salary issues against external market, internal equity, and salary guideline compliance.
