Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Total Rewards Business Partner to advise on compensation practices and analyze pay data for internal equity and market competitiveness. The role sits within the Total Rewards Excellence team and supports external hires and internal moves.

Hybrid schedule with onsite Tue–Thu and remote Mon–Fri; 6 months contract. You will run audits, maintain TRBP tools, and collaborate with BHR and TA to ensure alignment with company pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation offer recommendations for external hires and internal moves.
• Audit HRIS data accuracy across TR systems.
• Maintain TRBP tools and necessary reports.
• Advise BHR and TA on routine inquiries within guidelines.
• Support job evaluations and benchmarking studies with documentation.
• Assist with annual rewards cycle and salary-structure tasks.
• Support market benchmarking and data synthesis from sources.
• Assist other compensation projects as directed.
