Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• CCP designation completed or in progress preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive compensation experience in US and Canadian markets.
• Knowledge of compensation regulations in both Canada and the US.
• Experience in job evaluation, salary structure development, and market benchmarking.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HRIS experience; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in administering compensation programs across US and Canada under supervision.
• Support pay equity audits for salaried and hourly employees in US and Canada.
• Assist benchmarking studies and analyze market data for competitive offerings.
• Aid in job evaluation and development of salary ranges for job families, levels and functions.
• Help prepare compensation reports and analyze data for program improvements.
• Contribute to wage analysis for collective bargaining with the compensation team.
• Work with HR partners to develop compensation solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop communication materials to educate employees on programs and policies.
