Job summary

IPEX, a leader in thermoplastic piping systems and part of the Aliaxis family, is seeking an HR Systems Analyst. Reporting to the Lead, HR Systems, you will support, optimize, and continuously improve our HR technology ecosystem including Workday, Dayforce, Paradox, and related platforms.

This hybrid role requires three days on-site at Oakville, ON or Markham, ON. Compensation ranges from CAD 70,800 to CAD 88,500 annually and eligibility for short-term incentive bonus, RRSP matching, and health

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS and HR technology experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing and change management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday and other HR technologies; resolve complex issues.
• Administer HR platforms for stability, security, and performance.
• Analyze incidents, coordinate resolution with vendors as needed.
• Support core HR processes: org management, job requisitions, data maintenance, reporting.
• Monitor data quality and perform audits for governance.
• Develop training materials, SOPs and support change management.
