Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Compensation Administration.
• Experience in core compensation processes: job evaluation, market pricing, workforce planning, annual planning.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of FLSA and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer compensation programs including base pay and incentives.
• Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and salary range maintenance.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking workflows.
• Support executive and equity compensation administration and equity transactions.
• Provide data-driven guidance to HR and leaders and ensure data integrity.
