Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Compensation Analyst to guide pay programs and support leadership with data‑driven insights. Under supervision, you will maintain job descriptions, extract wage data, and participate in salary surveys to ensure equity and market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with ANTHC finance and HR to monitor budgets, prepare reports, and advise on compensation pilots and program improvements in a complex health system serving Alaska Native communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field.
• Experience in HR or compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain job descriptions; manage centralized library of descriptions.
• Extract, analyze and report wage and salary data from databases.
• Coordinate compensation and job evaluation meetings.
• Assess jobs for exempt/nonexempt status and salary range appropriateness.
• Assist with merit, incentives, market pay surveys and enhancements to compensation processes.
• Develop and monitor compensation programs and budgets with finance.
