Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field; experience may substitute for education.
• Six years' experience in providing HR administrative support.
• CEBS, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification (or to be obtained within one year).

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation pilots and programs in alignment with business needs.
• Extract, analyze and report wage and salary information from databases.
• Coordinate compensation and job evaluation meetings and processes.
• Assess jobs to determine correct classification and salary ranges.
• Support surveys, budget and project work related to compensation initiatives.
