• Progressively responsible professional experience in HR
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees HR Shared Services operations and standardizes processes.
• Advises managers and staff on employment requirements, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensures policy compliance and conducts audits and performance metrics.
• Drives process improvements and automation within HR functions
