Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Business System Analyst III to provide leadership in implementing and supporting multi-service software used across ANTHC divisions. The role emphasizes data integrity, user support, and collaboration with IT teams to improve clinical and business software systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in informatics or related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with relational databases and ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, computer programming, software engineering or related field.
• Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted for college education.

Responsibilities

• Provides implementation and support for multi-service software packages automating data capture.
• Addresses integration issues with other software packages and suggests changes.
• Reviews system setups with each service/department for accuracy and completeness.
• Provides training on current software applications as required.
• Promotes data validity and data security.
• Assists departments with error identification and remediation and supports vendor relationships.
• Monitors software industry trends related to the application systems.
