Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–4 years of compensation or HR analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling.
• Experience with HRIS and pricing tools.
• Strong analytical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise leaders on compensation policies, evaluations, promotions, and offers.
• Administer annual compensation cycles, merit increases, bonuses, and wage adjustments.
• Evaluate job descriptions to determine internal grade levels and market competitiveness.
• Analyze market survey data to formulate pay structure recommendations.
• Support design and administration of enterprise compensation programs.
