Honda is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide ongoing support and guidance in administering our salary and pay programs. The role involves research, market studies, and analysis to help align compensation with our reward strategy.
You will support merit and bonus programs, participate in job evaluation, and prepare recommendations based on market trends. Travel to Honda sites may be required; strong Excel and HRIS proficiency are essential for success.

The Compensation Analyst provides ongoing support and guidance in the administration of company salary and pay programs in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy. The Analyst supports compensation decision-making through research, market studies, and analysis. The effort will include compensation analytics, benchmarking and leveling roles. The Analyst administers multiple compensation projects and programs including, but not limited to, annual merit & bonus programs.
