Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Associate with 2+ years of accounting experience; GAAP and IFRS basics are required.
0-2 years of accounting or corporate financial analysis experience for early career professionals.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving abilities; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations in line with GAAP and IFRS.
Prepare budget-to-actual variance analyses for manufacturing departments and project teams.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine annual budget cycles.
Create executive dashboards and presentations detailing spend and financial performance for leadership.
Identify cost trends and propose operational improvements to boost profitability.
