Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across the company. You will perform market pricing, job evaluations, and reporting to help ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.

Collaborate with the Compensation Manager, HR, and Talent Acquisition to provide data-driven analyses, maintain data integrity, and support company-wide compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of compensation or HR administration experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data accuracy focus.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
• Excellent written communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analysis for new and existing roles using survey data.
• Assist with job evaluations and benchmark matching; advise on pay placement.
• Prepare compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention.
• Analyze internal equity and market competitiveness; identify pay issues.
• Support salary structures, geographic differentials, and market positioning.
• Compile survey results and analyze market trends.
