Qualifications

• Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting compensation programs including job evaluation and pay equity analytics.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration, and market benchmarking practices.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and provide specialist advice to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting annual pay review and incentive program processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex HR/compensation data.
• Excellent advisory and counseling skills on reward matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to HR Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
• Support design and delivery of compensation structures through market reviews and pay equity analysis.
• Research and analyze reward data and market trends to keep programs competitive.
• Support HR Partners and leaders through pay review cycles.
• Monitor market trends and evolving compensation legislation; assess positioning.
• Address reward inquiries through myHR case management with timely responses.
• Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, and data management.
