The role involves analyzing compensation data, supporting pay review cycles, and contributing to incentive design while aligning with RELX Responsible AI principles and global standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the design, implementation, and support of compensation and rewards programs including job evaluation.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration, and market benchmarking practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies while providing specialist advice to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting annual pay reviews and incentive program processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to HR Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
• Support design and delivery of employee compensation structures via survey market reviews and pay equity analysis.
• Research reward data and market trends to keep programs competitive and aligned with objectives.
• Support pay review cycles for HR Partners and business leaders.
• Monitor market trends and assess organizational positioning against legislation.
• Address reward inquiries through myHR case management with timely responses.
• Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, and data management.
