Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a Florida community in Miami Beach. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with the HOA/Developer to meet contractual obligations while ensuring excellent client service.

The role requires a Florida CAM license, strong leadership and financial skills, and the ability to interact with boards, residents, and vendors. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must have a Florida CAM license.
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator to ensure contractual property management obligations are met and exceeded.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements with variances and cash flow considerations.
• Maintain complete property files and records and provide status reports.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage maintenance and service needs.
• Lead BOD meetings when required and prepare reports and action plans.
