Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and community experiences by modeling company values.
• Build and maintain partnerships with nonprofits, leaders, and businesses; plan joint activities.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with customer segments and firm initiatives.
• Design outreach programs that build trust and provide financial education.
• Plan a community engagement calendar with events and workshops.
• Lead or co-lead financial health workshops and connect people to Chase experts.
• Manage events from promotion to follow-up with a smooth attendee experience.
• Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to maximize local impact.
• Gather feedback and share results with partners to improve programs.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, risk, and policy standards.
