• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to build engagement plans with partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrated coaching and collaboration across functions to drive adoption and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships across government, higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and middle market sectors.
• Develop and maintain holistic engagement plans that align goals, resources, and measurable outcomes with partner entities.
• Monitor progress against engagement objectives and deliver executive-ready updates with consistency.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to deepen engagement with sector-based banking teams and internal stakeholders.
• Translate partner needs into actionable engagement strategies and coordinated execution plans.
• Collaborate with financial health coaches and community managers to expand the reach of financial health workshops and education.
• Recommend scalable solutions and repeatable operating practices that support community and business development priorities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution and strong follow-through in a matrixed environment.
• Represent the firm with integrity and strengthen trust through measurable community outcomes.
