Job summary

Redstone Residential in Utah is seeking a Community Manager to lead site-level operations for our student and multifamily properties. You will drive budgeting, revenue generation, marketing, leasing, and renewals while maintaining exceptional resident experiences.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership, budget ownership, and client-facing professionalism in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Strong client-facing demeanor and presentation.
• Budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with property software is a plus (Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site KPIs and operating metrics.
• Oversee lease-up and operate within approved budget.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency; collaborate with staff.
• Create a positive resident-focused environment.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Provide staff training and performance feedback.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction.
