• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with four years of professional experience in coordinating, monitoring, administering or managing program activities.
• Experience documenting education and work history clearly in the application is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and manages community engagement programs aligned with department goals.
• Manages program activities, evaluates effectiveness and success.
• Develops relationships with county departments, public and private agencies and groups.
• Oversees community communications, coordinating with marketing teams.
• Reviews reports and provides recommendations for actions.
• Develops and administers the program’s budget and identifies funding sources.
• Negotiates and administers contracts and intergovernmental agreements.
• Analyzes legislation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Directs organizational studies to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Supervises and mentors staff and volunteers.
