Elmington Living is seeking a Community Director to oversee the operations, leasing, and financial performance of a multi-family community. You will lead vendor relations, maintenance, and staff, while driving resident satisfaction and occupancy targets.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record in conventional property management; weekends are required. This position supports Elmington’s people-first culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Must have conventional property management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee vendor relations, property maintenance, and leasing performance.
• Manage staff, operations, and financial performance of the community.
• Represent Elmington to residents, vendors, and employees.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue goals, and resident satisfaction.
