Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Naples, FL is seeking a Manager of Community Association Relations to drive regional sales by building and maintaining relationships with homeowner associations, property managers, and boards. The role integrates with the Business Development team to convert connections into opportunities and to raise brand awareness through events, tours, and product demonstrations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing with CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CFCAM certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required; CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CFCAM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Community Management/Property Management.
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills; ability to develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals to aid the sales process.
• Promote brand awareness by coordinating tours and product demonstrations with internal departments.
• Identify promotional opportunities and collaborate with Marketing/PR to create content.
• Attend events (tradeshows, chambers, associations) to support regional sales goals.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate contacts and leads, and stay knowledgeable on products.
