Job summary

RealManage in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a seasoned Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of associations. You will ensure professional, timely service aligned with RealManage’s values, contracts, and governing documents, while partnering with boards and management staff.

The role requires 2–3 years in property/ community management, CMCA or state-equivalent certification (desired), and strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen to manage

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or state-equivalent is desired.
• Driving is required with valid license.
• Minimum 2–3 years in property management / community management.
• Proven ability to effectively lead a team.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emails and calls—within 24 hours.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Boards, assisting with contractor selection and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor staff to foster professionalism and high performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents and vendors and promote clear communication.
