Job summary

RealManage, a leading HOA management firm, seeks a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for multiple communities in Illinois. You will collaborate with boards, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and ensure governance compliance, delivering exceptional service and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of property management experience, a valid Illinois CAM license, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Illinois Community Association Manager license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• 2–3 years of property/ community management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with developer portfolios and financial statements is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High integrity and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of communities and guide Boards of Directors.
• Coordinate contractor selection, insurance, and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure high performance.
• Foster resident relations and clear communication.
• Develop strategic plans to improve services and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations.
• Manage vendor contracts, payments, and budgeting.
• Provide timely financial and operational reports to Boards.
