Job summary

RealManage, a leading HOA management firm, seeks a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead daily operations for a portfolio of communities. You will ensure professional, timely service aligned with company values and client expectations, building strong relationships with homeowners, boards, and vendors.

You will work closely with the Director of Community Association Management and Boards to support governance, budgeting, and strategic planning, while upholding RealManage’s standards of

Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Minimum 2-3 years in property management / community management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and calls within 24 hours.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Advise Boards on contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor staff to foster growth and high performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, bidding, contracts, payments, and timelines.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Present updates to Boards and stakeholders.
