Job summary

Inframark Community Management Services is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions for multiple associations, ensuring smooth, compliant performance.

You will work with boards, manage budgets, review finances, coordinate vendor contracts, conduct property inspections, and prepare monthly reports. A Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of management experience and CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven verbal and written communication skills to interface with residents and Board members.
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with Board of Directors and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office with excellent Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day management and coordination of Association operations.
• Develops budgets and reviews monthly finances with recommendations to the Board.
• Coordinates vendor contracts and audits invoices for payment.
• Prepares monthly financial reporting and conducts inspections of common properties.
