Job summary

RealManage is seeking a seasoned Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of associations. You will partner with Boards of Directors, drive strategic plans, and ensure service excellence across communities.

You will mentor staff, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budgets, finances, and risk. This role requires strong communication, integrity, and a passion for building well-managed, vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certification desired.
• 2-3+ years in property/community management and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex portfolios.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of communities and provide strategic guidance to Boards.
• Serve as trusted advisor on contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, board members, and vendors to foster collaboration.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance services, amenities, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage budgets; collaborate with accounting on financial performance and cash flow.
• Monitor collections and accounts receivable; initiate actions as needed.
• Present timely financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
