Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and meeting notifications within statutory deadlines.
• Review monthly financial reports and summarize management activities for the board.
• Provide recommendations to the board regarding major capital expenditures.
