Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team and serve as the main liaison with homeowners, boards, and vendors. The CAM will travel to client associations for meetings and inspections, prepare annual disclosures, and ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements for homeowners and manage bulk mailing.
• Review monthly financial reports and provide management summaries to the Board.
• Offer recommendations to the Board and committees on major capital expenditures.
