Job summary

Associa is seeking a Senior Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our Bedford, NH team. You will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments.

To be successful you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. The Community Association Manager oversees liaison work, travels to associations for meetings and inspections, and prepares annual documents and financial packages for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
• Knowledge of the role of the association board and the CAM's interface with homeowners.
• Excellent business correspondence: grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling.
• Conflict resolution techniques and professional communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and self-motivation with time management.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and attend events.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees regarding major expenditures.
