Sentry Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee boards, vendors, and service providers while maintaining strong client relationships and financial health of associations.

You will coordinate meetings, manage contracts and invoices, prepare reports, and ensure licensing and driving requirements are met. The role emphasizes service excellence and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect invoices, code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage onboarding and exit of associations.
