Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned associations and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with Board of Directors, vendors, and Home Office.
• Attend and prepare for annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk, insurance, and approvals.
• Coordinate staff such as janitorial and maintenance teams.
• Collect invoices, code payments, and track monthly assessments.
• Serve as liaison between boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries.
