Job summary

You will support calendars, milestones, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership and partner teams, while exploring AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, communications operations, executive administration, or event planning.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Curiosity and demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency, organization, reporting, content development, and team operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs proactively.
• Experience tracking metrics, creating reports, and maintaining dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support communications planning, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Track action items, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Facilitate information flow and alignment across leaders and partner organizations.
• Serve as a connective operational resource to ensure work moves forward with clarity and accountability.
• Support planning and execution of communications and engagement activities within executive-led functions.
• Manage logistics, attendee communications, meeting materials, and follow-up activities.
• Administer post-event surveys, consolidate feedback, and track follow-up actions.
