Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities for senior audiences.
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Strengthen Benesch's reputation and visibility within the AEC industry and communities served.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic communications and lead a communications team.
• Oversee brand stewardship, voice, and messaging across internal and external channels.
• Lead website strategy, digital channels, social media, and content development.
