The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, collaborate with technical experts, and guide external thought leadership to elevate Benesch in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
• Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen reputation and market position within the AEC industry and communities served.
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership and leaders across the organization.
• Lead stewardship of the Benesch brand and ensure consistent voice and messaging across channels.
• Lead the strategy and development of Benesch's website, digital channels, and social media presence.
