Benesch is seeking a Communications Director to lead our company-wide communications strategy and strengthen how we connect with employees, clients, industry partners, and communities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Benesch's voice, messaging, and brand across internal and external communications, thought leadership, digital channels, social media, and the Benesch website.

This role requires a strategic communications leader with exceptional storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 12+ years of experience in corporate communications or marketing communications.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills for complex topics.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications and leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Lead media relations and increase visibility through industry publications and digital channels.
• Oversee internal and external communications, website content, and social media presence.
• Advise executive leadership on communications related to initiatives, culture, and organizational changes.
• Mentor and develop communications team members and coordinate with marketing managers and partners.
