This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Benesch's voice, messaging, and brand across internal and external communications, thought leadership, digital channels, social media, and the Benesch website.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading and developing communications professionals.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience with media relations and external communications.
• Data-driven with analytics to evaluate programs and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Strengthen reputation, visibility, and market position within the industry and communities.
• Advise executive leadership and leaders across the organization on strategic communications.
• Oversee brand stewardship, voice, and messaging across channels and digital platforms.
• Lead website strategy and digital communications, including social media presence.
• Develop thought leadership content with technical and business leaders.
• Mentor the communications team and coordinate with marketing managers and external partners.
• Measure effectiveness using analytics and continuously improve programs.
