The ideal candidate translates complex topics into clear, compelling communications and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while guiding a dedicated team. This role shapes Benesch’s voice across internal and external channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear communications.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives, priorities, and brand.
• Strengthen Benesch’s reputation, visibility, and market position within the AEC industry and communities served.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and leaders across the organization.
• Lead stewardship of the Benesch brand and ensure consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Oversee website content, digital channels, and social media presence, ensuring strong user experience.
