Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills; translate complex topics clearly.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading communications teams and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide communications strategy.
• Strengthen brand, voice, and messaging across internal and external channels.
• Lead the Benesch website, digital channels, and social media presence.
• Oversee internal comms and cross-office communications strategies.
• Mentor and develop the communications team and external partners.
• Collaborate with executives and technical leadership on thought leadership.
