Westfield is seeking an Integrated Communications Lead who designs and executes outcome-based communications for agents, employees, leaders and customers within designated business segments. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in communications, marketing or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or commensurate work experience.

Advise leaders, embedding communications into operations and aligning with business goals.
Lead change management communications for internal and agent audiences, driving adoption and trust.
