You will lead account teams, oversee tactical execution, and help clients develop and execute communications strategies that achieve business objectives, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in strategic communications, public affairs, or management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required; agency experience a plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex issues into clear narratives.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading client relationships and multi-engagement management.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-lead on clients and projects, managing relationships and execution.
• Provide strategic insights and counsel with senior leaders.
• Oversee timely, precise production of client deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans and media strategies.
• Foster relationships with reporters and media contacts.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.
• Monitor daily news and policy developments relevant to clients.
